Thank you for the prayers. My dad took a job at the school district where my mom works in the in-school-detention class room as an aide. He won't be making very much money and will still be looking for another job that pays more and is more along the lines of his field of work. Some money is better than none however so I'm proud of him for taking the job even though it's not what he wants.
Today was my first day in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We change "jobs" each month so that we can learn about all aspects of pediatrics. Last month I was working in the newborn nursery, this month the NICU. Today was also my 12th day of work with no days off and I am really looking forward to tomorrow!!!! Jonathan is doing well at his new job. The only bad part is the commute (45-60min) one way. I'm so glad he is here and we can cook dinner together and spend time with each other every day.
